Areas below 15 m² are also priced as 15 m², because most of the work (structure, roof, walls, installation and crew) stays the same on a small area. Use decides the ideal size

How large areas are handled
- Fixed glass roof: more 100 × 160 mm aluminium beams as the span grows.
- Composite roof: safe unsupported span is 1500 mm (composite roof).
- Bioclimatic roof: one unit is up to 36 m² (depth up to 10 m, rear width up to 7.80 m); larger areas use several units (bioclimatic pergola).
- Sliding glass roof: units are 1.5 m wide and can be added side by side with no width limit (sliding glass roof).
When setting the size
- Allow for door and window swings, radiators and air conditioners.
- The floor should be level and waterproofed (flooring guide).
- In apartment buildings, check the management plan, get owners' consent if needed and consult the municipality (permission guide).
