Albert Genau is a Turkish brand based in Ankara. The brand does not manufacture itself; it has its profiles produced and supplies them to regional dealers, and systems are made to measure and installed by authorised manufacturing dealers. SkyArt Group is an authorised Albert Genau manufacturing dealer in Istanbul.
Is Albert Genau a Turkish brand?
Yes. Although the name sounds German, Albert Genau is a Turkish brand based in Ankara, which is why "which country is Albert Genau from?" is a common question. How Albert Genau dealers work
- The brand grants regional dealerships; dealers buy profiles from the brand.
- An authorised manufacturing dealer makes the system to measure in its own workshop and installs it with its own team.
- Warranty and maintenance run through the dealer. All our products carry a 2-year warranty, extended for customers with regular maintenance.
- You can confirm whether a company is an authorised dealer through the brand's official contact channels.
