After the order is confirmed, a bioclimatic pergola is produced and packed in about 25 days; installation follows within 3 days, and fitting a standard pergola on site takes about 1 day.
In short
Our schedule for a standard bioclimatic pergola: once the order and dimensions are final, production takes about 25 days and the system is packed; installation follows within 3 days, and fitting a standard single unit on site usually takes 1 day. As an authorised Albert Genau manufacturing dealer, SkyArt Group makes each system to measure in its own production.
Steps and timing
| Stage | What happens | Time |

| Quote and decision | Model (EcoSky, piston, scissor), colour, LED and sensors agreed | Up to you |
| Production | Made to measure and packed | About 25 days |
| Installation | The team comes to site once production is done | Within 3 days |
| Fitting | Posts, louvres, motor, LED; testing and handover | ~1 day for a standard system |
What can extend the timeline?
- Building approval and permits: apartments and gated sites may need management and co-owner approval; we suggest checking with the municipality (permit guide). This runs on your side.
- Floor and power: a solid floor for the posts and a power line next to the system must be ready before installation.
- Large areas: a single unit is at most 36 m²; larger areas use several units and fitting takes longer.
- Access: penthouses and terraces may need a crane, which is planned in advance.
- Add-ons: zip screens or guillotine glass on the sides are scheduled as separate production and installation items.
When to order for the season?
If you want the pergola ready for early summer, count backwards: production and installation alone take about a month; add your decision and permit time. The exact schedule is given in writing with the quote.
